Payment Methods
All prices are in Singapore Dollars and we only accept cash for local order.

About Delivery Services

We provide FREE delivery (home or office) anywhere in Singapore for orders of S$100 and above. As for orders below S$100, a nominal fee of S$7 per trip is chargeable. Deliveries are usually on Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Any special request on weekends can be arranged.

Confirmation of Orders
Confirmation of orders with the customer will be via email or phone upon receipt of the order. If items ordered are unavailable, customer will be informed accordingly.

Cancellation of Orders

Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled or altered once it has been processed.

Returns & Exchanges

All goods sold are not returnable and not refundable so you can be assured that all products purchased are new. We will only accept exchange of items due to manufacturing defects. Please inform us of such defects within 1 hour from time of receipt and original packaging.

Colours
The actual colours of the products that you purchased may be a slight different from what you see on the website. This is because of the colour resolution and pixel settings of the computer display.
